Assistant Superintendent of Pupil Services - Certificated (Greater Sacramento Area)

The Assistant Superintendent of Pupil Services is responsible for the oversight and implementation of all pupil services within the California Montessori Project. This includes special education, student support services, psychological services, health services, mental health services, attendance, lottery and enrollment, food services, expanded learning and enrichment programs and behavior intervention services. The Assistant Superintendent of Pupil Services will be a visionary leader who can ensure that all services align with the Montessori philosophy and support the holistic development of each student. Required Qualifications - Master’s degree in a Special Education field, Educational Administration, or a related field. - Valid California Administrative Services Credential or eligibility to obtain one. - Minimum of five years of experience in educational leadership, with a focus on special education, student support services, or pupil services. - Knowledge and understanding of the Montessori philosophy and experience working in a Montessori setting preferred. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, families, and community partners. - Commitment to equity, inclusion, and the holistic development of every student.
