The Presidio Trust is seeking a Management Analyst for our Park Division who will support the Customer and Staff Support Department. The Presidio Trust is an innovative federal agency that stewards and shares the history, beauty, and wonder of the Presidio for everyone to enjoy forever. The ancestral homeland of the Ramaytush Ohlone, the Presidio was once a military post under three flags. Today, it is a surprising national park site spanning 1,500 acres at the Golden Gate. Its rare natural habitats, inspiring views, and world-class trails are a local and global attraction.
Reporting to the Customer & Staff Support Center Manager, the Management Analyst plays a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of park operations and ensuring that maintenance and renewal programs are data-driven, well-planned, and aligned with organizational goals. The role is responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and making actionable recommendations that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Park Division’s functions. These functions include forestry, landscape, natural resources, utilities, and park maintenance. The Management Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that improve procedures as well as optimize maintenance scheduling, resource utilization, and service delivery.
This is a full-time position with benefits and a starting pay range of $95,732 to $109,255. The starting base salary is dependent on the experience and qualifications of the candidate. Applications received by December 11, 2024, will receive first consideration.
Responsibilities
- Program Evaluation and Performance Analysis :
Evaluate the performance of park maintenance and renewal programs using data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and implement planned, data-driven maintenance and renewal programs for park assets and infrastructure, including parks, utilities, and landscape features.
Identify inefficiencies in park maintenance procedures and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
Support departments by scheduling work orders based on available labor and work order priority.
Gather and analyze data related to park operations, maintenance needs, and resource allocation.
Contribute to long-term strategic planning for the Park Division, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
Assess key operational challenges faced by the Park Division and provide actionable recommendations for resolving issues.
