Key Qualifications
- Manage and maintain the CRM Slate, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across platforms used for the student engagement lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and maintain data integrations between Slate and other institutional and external systems (SIS, data warehouse, financial aid platforms, learning management systems, College Board, Cal State Apply, etc.).
- Plan, implement, and coordinate projects related to system efficiencies, interfaces, and enhancements. Collaborate with various campus departments to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and manage automated workflows within Slate to streamline business processes and enhance user experience while collaborating with partners (ITS, admissions, enrollment management, academic affairs, marketing, etc).
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, integration issues, and performance bottlenecks within the CRM system.
- Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university. Three years of technical or administrative experience. A graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of the required experience. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
