California Pools & Landscape is looking for Construction Coordinators to join our team to schedule pool and landscape projects. We are looking for dedicated individuals with construction scheduling experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This job requires managing multiple project schedules working hand-in-hand with a Superintendent to ensure that projects are completed on time. Individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and can read plans and contracts will thrive in this position. Maintaining positive and thriving relationships with customers, teammates, and trade partners is expected. Skills/Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in construction scheduling
- EXPERIENCE IN SWIMMING POOL CONSTRUCTION IS PREFERRED
- Must be organized and independent
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure
- Excellent email and phone skills
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Quick learner
- Strong work ethic and respect for a positive office environment
Responsibilities
- Manage the scheduling process for multiple projects using our proprietary construction management software.
- Consistent communication with customers, both written and verbal, throughout the process.
- Payment collections as dictated by AZ statute.
- Constant collaboration with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction across all departments.
Starting pay is $22-$24 per hour, depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
