Telework Information: This position is eligible for hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
The CalPERS EEO Program is currently looking for a Staff Services Manager I (Specialist). If investigating internal complaints, educating staff, and making an impact interest you, please apply!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conducting prompt and effective investigations of EEO-related discrimination, harassment, and retaliation complaints.
- Assisting CalPERS managers/supervisors and staff on EEO policies, procedures, and subject matter.
- Developing and providing EEO informational materials and training.
