Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

CalPERS seeks an experienced staff auditor to join the Office of Audit Services, in the Internal Audit Unit.

Under the supervision of the Staff Management Auditor, the Staff Program Auditor is the lead auditor and conducts internal audits and reviews of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS). The Staff Program Auditor will be responsible for completing engagement level risk assessments as well as reviewing the work of other auditors on the team. The reviews are to be performed in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditor’s auditing standards. Furthermore, the incumbent is expected to adhere to appropriate professional ethics as prescribed by the Standards and CalPERS core values when performing the duties and responsibilities of the position.

Pay: $6,752.00 - $8,876.00 per month
