The Disability and Survivor Benefit Division Post-Retirement Survivor Benefits team is seeking to fill multiple Staff Services Analyst positions.
Under the direction of a Staff Services Manager I, the Staff Services Analyst will determine eligibility and entitlement to benefits, perform calculations, respond to customer inquiries, and address cases through research and resolution.
