The Disability & Survivor Benefit Division Training and Support Section is seeking to fill an Office Technician (Typing) position. Under the supervision of the Section Leader, the Office Technician (Typing) is responsible for providing administrative support and customer service to division leadership, internal team members, and CalPERS members and beneficiaries by conducting research, initiating requests and reviewing data reports, manage and tracking incoming workload, and making phone calls to assist with overpayment collection.
