Telework Information: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.
This is a Limited Term position for a duration of 12 months that may be extended up to 24 months and/or may become permanent.

Our Retirement Benefit Services Division/Training and Development Unit is currently seeking a Staff Services Analyst (SSA)/Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) to train team members on how to calculate retirement benefits accurately and timely in accordance with CalPERS' law, policies and procedures. The SSA/AGPA will work together with team members to design, develop, deliver, and update courses, procedures, and other job aids to facilitate the training program, as well as mentor and support the trainees to ensure accuracy of the learned material.
