Position Overview
We seek highly motivated Inside Sales Account Managers to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with accounts, drive sales opportunities, and contribute to the company’s expansion in the U.S. quality control market.
$26 per hour Commission pay, From $48,000 to $70,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through research, cold calls, and targeted campaigns.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored quality control solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including V-Trust’s global offices, to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
- Participate in international trade shows and exhibitions to promote company services and generate new business leads.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Trade Show business Travel
Qualifications
- Associate or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a related field (experience in B2B sales or international trade is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
- Additional languages, particularly Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Spanish, are a plus.
- High school graduation
