California Realty Group, Inc. is a growing family owned and operated, property management company located in Temecula. For nearly 20 years, we have been managing residential properties throughout Southern California, with the bulk of our managed homes located within Temecula and Murrieta.
We are currently seeking a Move In/Move Out Coordinator to join our team located in Temecula!
Summary:
Position will be responsible for completing move out and move in inspections, and coordinating the associated repairs between rental property owners and company preferred vendors. Applicant must have excellent costumer service sills, and be able to handle multiple on-going projects simultaneously.
Applicant must enjoy a varied and changing work environment with each day being different than the day before. Strong organization and task management are a must.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Complete property inspections
- Coordinate estimates and approved repairs between owners, vendors, and tenants
- Update all parties and system notes in a timely fashion
- Follow up on approved work orders to ensure timely completion by vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer and typing skills.
- Must be able to work with new technologies
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong writing abilities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience with property management preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- High School Diploma required
