## Job Overview
We are a growing solar/home improvement company based out of Roseville. We are seeking a motivated Manager to help us develop and train our door knocking team.
Hourly plus generous commission structure and opportunity for overrides.
Hourly $20-$25 based on experience.
## Responsibilities
- Hire promising, energetic candidates to our canvassing team.
- Train new hires in effective door to door marketing techniques.
- Organize and conduct regular trainings with your team.
- Provide support to your team in the field.
## Qualifications
-Proven success record in door knocking required
-Prior leadership experience required
-Solar and/or home improvement marketing required
### Required Skills:
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication abilities to convey information clearly and persuasively
- Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcomes
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency for engaging with diverse communities
- Experience managing a team strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
