We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated, and creative individual to fill the position of Operations Analyst within our North Operation Belridge Production IOCC Optimization Team based in Bakersfield. The base annual salary for this posted position is reasonably expected to range from $110K to $140K, with a target annual bonus of 20% of base salary. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize processes using self-service machine learning and statistical approaches
- Perform analysis and documentation of targeted business processes across the CRC organization
- Develop, manage, and support high-visibility, large-scale process improvement projects
- Lead ad hoc cross-functional teams in requirements definition and project execution
- Architect data management solutions extending across multiple workgroups and functions
- Communicate project plans and status to the steering team, senior leadership, and / or executive management
- Liaise with organizational stakeholders, including Ops, IT, Finance, and HSE
