Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreperson, Ride Electrical to join our maintenance team at California's Great America. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of rides and electrical equipment throughout the park.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Sr. Electrician or Journeyman, with at least 6-8 years of experience in the field. Additionally, they should have supervisory experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience. A vocational/technical degree in electrical systems is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on rides and electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical problems on rides and other equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Train and supervise subordinate crew members.
