We’re looking for new Enrollment Representatives to continue the momentum we’ve built! As an Enrollment Representative with Lumen Executive Group, you will play a key role in furthering our goals in sales numbers, marketing outreach, and expansion targets.
What You’ll Do :
- Act as the primary point of contact between prospective customers and the company
- Nurture available leads by following up on customer inquiries and encouraging enrollment
- Forge strong relationships with potential customers through hands-on sales support
- Present available products and plans to prospective customers thoroughly and accurately
- Actively listen to customers' needs and highlight the benefits of recommended plans
- Inform all potential customers of the details of enrollment, such as billing policies, product details, and plan benefits, at the point of sales
- Work closely with senior management to brainstorm effective sales & marketing strategies
