We are seeking an experienced Mill Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our paper production facility. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in papermaking and management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
The Mill Manager will be responsible for managing production, quality, and safety of various products to meet the Company's goals and objectives in a safe and effective manner.
This position involves monitoring and coordinating personnel activities and equipment as well as directing daily operations consistent with company policies and procedures.

- Provide operational and employee leadership to the facility, striving for quality excellence.
- Drive productivity, quality, and performance through the daily use of KPIs.
Requirements:
