Knowledge with SevenRooms. Able to manage complex guest interactions, particularly in high volume dining times. Guest flow management. Leadership skills and management skills. Understanding of front-of-house metrics: interpret data like table turn over rates and seating efficiency. Great organizational skills and problem solving skills. Guest service and relationship building.
