Description
Teaching Fellow Academies
Facilitate and assist with the coordination of Teaching Fellows Academy training events. Assist with the academy registration process. Procure materials and resources for presenters, instructors, and attendees. Welcome presenters and instructors and assist with location of room assignments. Responsible for the collection and analysis of collected data from academy attendance, surveys, presenter information (including presenter feedback). Maintain academy attendance records. Provide monthly reports to programming team of Teaching Fellows with repeated absences at TFA. (Performs approximately 40% of day)
Coordinate Training and Tracking Data
Assist in the coordination and delivery of employee training. Work with the Learning & Development Director in the planning and development of educational programs, curriculum, and materials using various educational modalities (e.g., online education, virtual training, in-person training, team or peer training, meetings, conferences, seminar, workshops). Review attendee feedback and actively work to improve training techniques and methods. (Performs approximately 20% of the day)
Administrative Activities
Timely respond to inquiries from staff, administrative personnel, new hires, and instructors/presenters. Prepare responses to correspondence involving routine training inquiries. Perform general clerical duties such as receiving and making phone calls, email communications, record keeping, copying, mailing, and filing. Assist in the creation and maintenance of forms. Assist with applicable data entry and provide other departmental support. Compile and run reports, as required. Create spreadsheets, as needed. Maintain an internal training calendar. Maintain a neat and orderly department filing system at all times. (Performs approximately 30% of day)

Qualifications
Education/Training/Experience/License Required:
A minimum of a four (4) year college degree is required. At least 5 to 7 years of direct related work experience is preferred, including work with non-profit organizations in education, work experience as a trainer or instructor; skilled in identifying the educational needs of others, developing formal educational or training programs and teaching or instructing others; skilled in creative thinking, such as developing, designing or creation of new ideas, systems, processes, and logistics; knowledgeable of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and personnel information systems; must be fluent in the English language; possess the ability to coordinate the work and activities of others, schedule work and activities, organizing, planning and prioritizing work, and developing and building teams; be able to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships; be able to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, personnel and the public; must possess basic administration and management skills; skilled in active listening, speaking, monitoring/assessing performance; maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information; strong attention to detail; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; analytical and problem solving skills; stress, organizational and time management skills; computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office software; be able to work in a fast-paced work environment; possess a high degree of trustworthiness; respect and sensitivity for others; flexibility and sound work ethic; and meet set job related goals and objectives.
Salary : $72,000 - $76,384
