In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers, working hands-on to understand their needs and recommend tailored AT&T solutions — whether it’s upgrading their current plan, adding new services, or introducing them to the latest wireless technology. The responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Specialist include:
- Promote our services and products by providing accurate product information, and educating customers of the benefits and specifications as needed
- Establish and maintain rapport with customers, ensuring that they receive a positive experience and creating long-lasting relationships
- Consistently achieve our weekly sales goals by utilizing our proven sales strategies, as well as suggesting additional products and services to increase revenue
- Provide support by helping customers with their inquiries, and addressing any concerns that may arise
- Participate in training seminars and networking events to stay up to date with the latest wireless products and services
The requirements of the Wireless Sales Specialist are:
- Experience in similar roles such as sales customer service, telecommunications, or customer-facing positions
- Willingness to learn and open to feedback
- Have a passion for technology and helping people
- Strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve under pressure.
