ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify prospective candidates - via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches,
referrals, professional networking
Post jobs on job boards
Interview prospective candidates
Ensure candidates have met all requirements and completed all tasks to ensure they are
ready to be presented to our clients
Prep candidates for interviews with client companies - review resumes, discuss client
needs, conduct mock interviews
Contact candidates post-interview - recap interview, provide next steps
Extend job offers and manage the offer process for candidates
Reach out to candidates who are on assignment to check in on them
Manage a full life cycle recruiting desk by prospecting new clients and candidates
Handle all communication and interview coordination in a timely and professional
manner with candidates and clients.
Identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
Assess candidates to ensure qualification match and align with client's needs.
Manage recruiting assignments from candidate referrals.
Documenting using our recruitment platform to ensure candidate files are up to date at
all stages, including end of assignments or terminations

Knowledge of recruiting software (Avionte a plus)
2 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
Understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition trends
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Language Requirement :
English / Spanish
Work Location :
In person, Granada Hills, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm (Mon-Fri)
