Job Summary / Basic Function
- Responsible for coaching and direction of all aspects of a competitive Football Program within the framework of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), NCAA, the CBA, and/or the rules and regulations of the University and any other athletic conference in which the University is a member.
- Assist the Head Coach in the planning and management of all competitions and practices of the program, including in-season and out-of-season player development.
- Conduct regular meetings with offensive line position group.
- Teach skills, technique, and the offensive playbook to the offensive line position group, and any related position.
- Recruit qualified student athletes.
- Promote the academic success of the student athletes.
- Advise student athletes of the University’s athletic policies and all other appropriate requirements of PSAC and NCAA and any other athletic conference in which the University is a member.
- Help implement the University Athletic Drug Education, Screening and Counseling Program for intercollegiate athletes.
- Assist with any duties assigned by the head coach which may include managing parts of the budget for the program, organizing and planning travel arrangements, equipment apparel, supervising work study positions, etc.
- Participate in fund-raising events, activities and the promotion of good public relations.
- Submit monthly work schedules to the Head Coach and Director of Athletics, per the contract.
- Attend and participate in department staff meetings, department initiatives and department fundraising events.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum of Education / TrainingRequired Education Summary
A bachelor’s degree.
Experience coaching the offensive line required.
