What are the responsibilities and job description for the STAFF SERVICES ANALYST position at California Victim Compensation Board?
Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Bilingual Staff Services Analyst (General) performs a wide variety of telephone duties and analytical tasks and serves as the primary liaison between CalVCB and claimants/victims, service providers, victim witness organizations, law enforcement, attorneys, and the public.
This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in person at least two (2) days per week and as needed/required. Beginning July 1, 2025, all employees will be required to work in person four (4) days per week in alignment with Executive Order N-22-25.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment. We do not accept STEM-OPT.
