- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and injury prevention strategies
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Utilize specialized equipment and modalities to aid in rehabilitation
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment strategies

- Support and guide physical therapy assistants and aides

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree
- Licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the specified location
- Strong understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret patients' medical records and physician referrals
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans
- Proficiency in using therapeutic modalities and exercise equipment
