Description
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in supporting business operations through data integrity, reporting, and CRM (Core) optimization. This role blends system administration with analytics, empowering multiple teams with clean data, actionable insights, and meaningful dashboards that influence strategic decision-making. You will function as an “internal data consultant” assessing existing data processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and devising more efficient or cost-effective alternatives The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and business-savvy—comfortable maintaining and improving data systems while collaborating across departments to drive value from our internal CRM, Core.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Customize, build, and manage reports and dashboards using Call Box data to support business units like Sales, Consulting, Finance, and Marketing.
- Analyze business trends, track KPIs, and uncover opportunities for operational improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver data solutions aligned with business goals.
- Identify and recommend automation or tooling opportunities to reduce repetitive reporting tasks.
Special Projects & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Contribute to cross-departmental projects aimed at improving data utilization, process efficiency, and business intelligence maturity.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure CRM data supports evolving strategic needs and operational workflows.
- Independently business data to surface data trends and insights, performance gaps, or process inefficiencies—sharing actionable insights and potential solutions with relevant teams before being asked.
Core (CRM) Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Core, including new prospects, account status changes, and associated operational checklists.
- Execute daily and weekly tasks to ensure CRM opportunities and engagements reflect organizational goals.
- Perform routine data hygiene: deduplication, tagging updates, audit logs, and account cleanups.
- Troubleshoot issues, explore new Core features, and recommend system enhancements to improve team productivity.
Feature Development & Training
- Stay up to date with Core feature updates and assess their impact and implementation viability.
- Lead onboarding and ad hoc training sessions to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness.
- Document data workflows, reporting standards, and best practices to ensure consistency across the organization.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year(s) experience in data analysis, CRM system administration, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, is required.
- Experience managing or customizing CRM platforms.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful narratives.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear, concise communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working across teams.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
