This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and results-driven individual to become a Member Service Consultant Teller. As a core member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless member interactions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between members and the credit union, ensuring accurate transaction execution, informative support, and referral to relevant staff when needed.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to educate members on Call Federal's offerings and promote sales opportunities.
- Utilize expertise to address member inquiries, provide information, and perform basic teller transactions.
- Verify critical information for check and deposit processing, and offer additional services such as Visa gift cards and cash advances.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous retail experience (at least one year) and high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, with the capacity to lift up to 25 pounds.
