Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch service to all members, both internally and externally, ensuring a positive brand image and capturing sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Call Federal's products and services to educate members and drive sales.
- Use expertise to address member inquiries, provide information, and execute basic teller transactions.
- Verify critical information for check and deposit processing, and offer additional services such as Visa gift cards and cash advances.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior cash handling experience essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
