We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Outbound Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and current customers, providing information about our products and services, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Compensation:
$15 Per Hour
Responsibilities:- Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
- Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
- Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
- Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
