Call The Bee is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Install team as a Lead. What YOU will do:
- Install residential central air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini split systems, and boilers with a high level of quality workmanship
- Communicate with homeowners to provide consistent high level customer experience
- Perform system startup on newly installed systems to ensure proper operation
- Complete required paperwork for each job
What YOU will bring:
- 5 Years of HVAC installation experience
- Connecticut D2 License (at minimum)
- Ability to work in a team
- Understanding of low voltage control wiring
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs
- Ability to work in attics and crawls spaces
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
