Job Description:
We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and hard-working Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role involves receiving shipments, managing inventory, processing returns, pulling parts, moving and cleaning appliances, and maintaining organization in the warehouse.
The ideal candidate is comfortable learning new programs, familiar with inventory systems, and able to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks. This position requires physical activity, including lifting 50 lbs, standing, and walking throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
Inventory & Logistics Management:
- Receive and check in shipments and deliveries
- Enter new products into our inventory system and manage location transfers
- Process returns, exchanges, and stock adjustments
- Pull and stage parts and appliances for next-day service
- Ensure accurate product tracking and organization
Warehouse & Facility Maintenance:
- Move and clean appliances as needed
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist in general shop upkeep and tidiness
Sales & Customer Support (As Needed):
- Assist with over-the-counter sales for walk-in customers
- Process phone orders and payments
- Provide basic product information and help locate items
What We’re Looking For:
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable learning and using inventory programs
- Inventory experience preferred – Understanding of stock management and tracking
- Physically capable – Able to lift 50 lbs, stand, and walk throughout the shift
- Self-motivated – Can manage time, prioritize tasks, and follow through without constant supervision
- Detail-oriented – Ensures accuracy in inventory entries, product handling, and organization
- Customer-friendly – Can assist with over-the-counter and phone sales as needed
