```Duties:```
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Assist with guest requests such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing local information
- Operate the hotel phone system and transfer calls to appropriate departments or rooms
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, payments, and reservations
- Process guest payments and ensure accuracy of billing information
- Complete night audit procedures including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel procedures
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Spanish)
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations, billing, and guest information management
