What are the responsibilities and job description for the Callaway Stock Clerk - Admin position at Callaway Gardens?
The primary responsibilities of this postion is to keep all the necessary materials and records needed for the department to operate efficiently. Keep all records of approved requisitions. Monitor all inventory by recording and filing. Budget by keeping records daily identifying how much was spent in each of the accounts.
Double check invoices for back orders, correct items & correct pricing. Check all received shipments for condition and correct amounts. To assist in providing timely and accurate receiving, and distribution of food, alcohol and non-food products for the MCI Kitchen and Lodge and Spa; control inventory levels, maintain par stocks as well as keeping the storerooms clean and secure. In addition, you may be called upon to assist in other areas.
High School diploma required and experience in receiving/warehouse operations helpful. Long hours sometimes required. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds necessary on daily basis and ability to stand for long hours at a time. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
