What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Concessions position at Callaway Gardens?
The Director of Outlets is responsible to directly oversee all Food and Beverage outlet operations at Callaway Gardens and is responsible for the consistent delivery of the brand experience as it relates to Guests' Food and Beverage experience. This role is expected to create a strong team environment to create a great place to work for great people and achieve all financial targets and business metrics. Working in concert with department leadership, this role will ensure all shareholder objectives are met for the department, in a manner consistent with the mission, values, operating philosophies and standards of Callaway Gardens.
