The Lifeguard Supervisor is responsible for all operations that pertain to Water Safety and Supervision over lifeguards at Robin Lake Beach. Responsible for opening and closing duties. Must ensure that exceptional professionalism and customer service are provided for all guests. Watch and survey the beach area. Must respond to any emergency that rises at Robin Lake Beach. Life Guard and CPR certifications required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
