The Visual Merchandising Coordinator assists in executing the Callaway and Odyssey merchandising strategy for all in-store retail accounts. This role entails brand and product marketing through the implementation of merchandising programs and initiatives. Proactive and solution-oriented, they will assist with permanent fixture management, project and vendor management, consistent competitor research, cross-functional team communications, and reporting.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the implementation of merchandising initiatives for Callaway, Odyssey, and additional partnered brands as needed
- Manage upkeep of retail database with new fixture information, fixture placement or relocation, and updated store environments
- Help determine, implement, and manage new processes for fixture ordering and distribution
- Maintain post-installation documents, ensuring the information is accurate and up to date
- Utilize existing tools and implement new tools and features as needed to improve the effectiveness of visual merchandising channels
- Maintain sales-facing site with visual merchandising updates and communications as well as annual installation calendar
- Assist with vendor bidding and briefing for temporary fixtures and launch support
- Create POs, setup new vendors, and submit and track project invoices as needed
- Manage organization in Callaway Lab Store so that it is always presentable to internal and external partners
- Go in market to assess competitors and other industry merchandising innovations
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships within Retail, Design Operations, Sales, Accounts Payable and Finance
