Job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be stationed in one of our retail locations, including the Discovery Center, Day Butterfly Center, Country Store, Fantasy in Lights Tent, Sand Bucket, and Pumpkins. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and provide information about our products and services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
- Greet customers as they enter the retail stores and offer assistance as needed
- Answer questions about products and services and provide accurate information
- Process sales transactions and operate cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with restocking merchandise and completing inventory checks
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
