TITLE: Principal SAP Security Analyst (Reference Code: SK0127)

DUTIES:
Play a key role in analysis and implementation of complex SAP security requirements that support the global SAP ERP and global reporting departments. Analyze and implement the security requirements for all SAP projects and provide day-to-day support of SAP security requests globally. Provide analytical and technical support for the on-going requirements/changes that are associated with internal and external system or process audits. Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP’s Security process solutions. As a member of security team: work independently to design and develop solutions to meet the business requirements in all of the related functional areas such as MM, SD, FI, CO, QM, APO, SRM. Manage and guide all phases of the project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and post-production support/maintenance for assigned projects. Analyze business processes, user needs, and perform GRC configuration. Configure plug-in in SAP ECC, BW/BI, BPC and GRC systems according to the operational and business needs. Implement/configure workflows for access management (EAM), risk analysis (ARA), business role management (BRM) and firefighter (EAM) modules for GRC. Perform GRC SOD ruleset impact assessment and identify ruleset changes. Demonstrate effective and collaborative communication with internal team members and functional team members. Research and debug potential performance or other system anomalies, as related to security controls. Create and compile technical documentation including unit, integration, and acceptance test plans, support documentation, and end user documentation for delivered solutions and other tasks as assigned. Develop and enforce day-to-day support policies and procedures. Communicate status of project and initiatives to senior team members and management. Comply with all Sarbanes-Oxley Risks/requirements for controls and documentation. Provide analysis and documentation of security requests to ensure changes are documented and approved according to Callaway policies. Work independently with end users and managers to obtain and verify approvals prior to implementing changes. Define and implement processes to simplify the routing and administration of all security requests globally through direct interaction with the requesting departments and end users. Oversee verification of employees with access to SAP in order to keep SAP licensing costs to a minimum. Manage on-going audit requirements and changes. May work from home.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field plus 3 years of experience supporting SAP security.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 Years of experience in SAP Security including hands on experience on tools including SAP GRC, BO/BI/BW.
- 3 years of experience in designing and building SAP roles.
Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be “quantified” by “time”. Required expertise/knowledge includes:
- Hands on experience on designing and building SAP roles for various Business processes including Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
- Experience in creating users on SAP ECC, BI/BO, Enterprise Portal.
- Experience on working with SAP Security Audit.
- Experience on Segregation of Duties (SOD).
- Experience on GRC including working on rule book.
OTHER: 40 hours/week; Salary range: $135,429 per year – $165,400 per year. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
