- Tarifa por Hora: $15/hr
- Pago Adicional: Bonificaciones por asistencia ($2/hr) y rendimiento (hasta $12 /hr)

Como Especialista en Manejo de Alto Volumen de Llamadas en CallCore Media, desempeñará un papel crucial realizando evaluaciones de calificación precisas y gestionando grandes volúmenes de llamadas. Este rol es esencial para mantener la integridad de nuestros datos y requiere un manejo y verificación precisos de la información.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Manejar de 300 a 400 llamadas entrantes y salientes diariamente, con un enfoque en la precisión y eficiencia en la verificación de datos.
- Realizar evaluaciones de calificación completas y recopilar información precisa de los llamantes.
- Actualizar y mantener registros en nuestro sistema CRM con alto nivel de detalle.
- Resolver consultas y preocupaciones de manera rápida mientras se proporciona información precisa.
- Mantener la confidencialidad de la empresa y los estándares de seguridad de datos, cumpliendo con todas las políticas y procedimientos.
- Cumplir y superar consistentemente las métricas de rendimiento, adaptándose a las campañas y procedimientos según sea necesario.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en un centro de llamadas o entorno similar, específicamente en roles que requieran precisión en los datos y manejo de altos volúmenes de llamadas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Competente en realizar múltiples tareas y adaptarse a diferentes campañas.
- Dominio tecnológico necesario.
- Debe contar con un espacio de trabajo tranquilo y el equipo necesario, incluyendo:
- Auriculares USB
- Windows 10 o superior
- Procesador Intel i5 equivalente o mejor
- 8GB de RAM o más
- 250 GB de espacio en disco duro o más
- Conexión a internet por cable (velocidad mínima: 30 Mbps de descarga, 10 Mbps de carga)
- Cámara web (requerida para reuniones)
