We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Supervisory Nurse to oversee the nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care within our facility. As a Supervisory Nurse, you will lead, mentor, and support nursing teams, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care and safety.
- Assist with the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.
- Assess patient conditions and collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers in care planning.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to nursing staff.
- Act as a liaison between nurses, physicians, patients, and families.
- Manage staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and support.
- Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in nursing practices and healthcare technologies.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Master’s in Nursing or healthcare management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
