Job Title: Registered Nurse (Night Shift)
Location: Avondale
Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Night Shift)

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the night shift. This role is vital in ensuring the well-being of our residents, especially those who require more intensive care. Key Responsibilities:.
- You'd be required to work four shifts per week(Sundays,Mondays,Tuesdays and Wednesday)
- We have a TPN patient who you would be taking care of during the shift, also with two CNA'son duty and six patients in total.
- Oversee the administration of medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide assistance and support to caregivers with daily care tasks and resident needs.
- Monitor patient conditions, assess responses to treatments, and document any changes in health status.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure the highest standard of nursing practice and patient care is maintained at all times.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Perform other nursing duties as needed, including but not limited to wound care, vital signs monitoring, and reporting to physicians.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- Current CPR and BLS certification.
- Previous experience in long-term care, home health, or a similar healthcare setting is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach to care.
