About the Role :
As the Clinical Program Manager for Long-Acting Injectable Antiretroviral Medication (LAI), you will play a pivotal role in expanding access to LAI services for our patients. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize the LAI program, ensuring its sustainability and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
As a Clinical Program Manager - LAI, your responsibilities will include :
- Program Development and Implementation : Design and implement strategies to expand access to LAI services across our network of health centers.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration : Coordinate with clinical, operational, and financial teams to optimize LAI program workflows.
- Patient Access and Navigation : Facilitate patient access to LAI services, including appointment scheduling, prior authorization, and initiation processes.
- Financial Sustainability : Collaborate with finance teams to maintain the financial sustainability of the LAI program.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Track key performance indicators and generate reports to monitor program effectiveness.
- Clinical Guidance : Provide clinical guidance and support to healthcare providers regarding LAI therapy.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for LAI services.
- Staff Development : Train and educate staff on LAI administration, monitoring, and patient counseling.
Work Schedule :
This is a full-time position with evening hours.
