About the Role :
The Technology Project Manager (TPM) will play a vital role in advancing Callen-Lorde’s technology initiatives. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams as part of a portfolio of technology projects, with a strong focus on electronic health record (EHR) related initiatives. Working closely with the Technology team and stakeholders, you will oversee planning, evaluation, and implementation of projects while ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
As a Technology Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :
Project Planning & Execution : Define project scope in collaboration with leadership; create detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets; revise plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with project sponsors and various stakeholders to scope, design, prioritize, and manage projects, including defining KPIs, resource needs, budgets, and timelines.
Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and foster continuous improvement.
Implementation & Training : Facilitate user training, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization; develop and deliver training materials and support adoption of new workflows.
Reporting & Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, prepare and communicate status reports to leadership, and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
Risk Management : Identify and analyze project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate options to management and stakeholders.
Budget Oversight : Monitor and facilitate approval of all budgeted project expenditures.
Vendor Collaboration : Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors to ensure deliverables are met.
Compliance : Maintain full compliance with Callen-Lorde policies and regulatory requirements by completing all mandatory trainings and ensuring project activities meet organizational standards.

Work Schedule :
This is a full-time position with occasional flexibility required for project needs.

Qualifications
Bachelors in Management or healthcare related field.
A minimum of 5 years of project management. Experience in Healthcare and IT project management a plus.
Experience with electronic health records such as EPIC
Project Management certification (PMP) strongly preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with peers across multiple departments.
Ability to manage ambiguous situations and adapt to constantly changing priorities in managing a wide range of projects.
A bility to work effectively as part of a team and with a high degree of independence, flexibility, initiative, and commitment
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with database systems and MS Project, MS Suite, as well as knowledge and experience working with electronic medical records systems preferred.
Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to translate findings into action.
