Administrative Assistant
Local boutique investment firm seeks a self-starting, enthusiastic individual with a professional demeanor, for full-time Administrative Assistant.
Location:
Manistee, MI
Responsibilities:
· Client account maintenance.
· Professionally handling of client interactions.
· Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars.
· Preparing and submitting paperwork.
· Additional administrative responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
· Proficiency in professional written communication.
· Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Full-time hours are 8 am to 5 pm M-F with occasional after-hours events.
