Experienced paralegal sought for busy branch office of a regional Insurance Defense firm. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- drafting pleadings, correspondence, medical records summaries/analysis, motions, discovery responses, arbitration submissions
- tracking medical records requests, defense examinations, records requests, Court dates, discovery responses
- conferencing with clients to respond to discovery requests, information needs
