Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Trusts And Estates Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorney's needs related to Trusts and Estates matters.

Responsibilities :

Conducting client intake and communications
Assist with the drafting of applicable legal documents, including petitions, accountings and related documents
Investigate facts was well as related research / investigation relevant to handling of Trusts and Estates matters
Assist clients with estate administration
Record and store client information

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a Trusts and Estates Paralegal (minimum of 1-3 years experience preferred)

Familiarity with relevant law and applicable documents and forms, including Wills, estate petitions and accounting

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented
