We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team in Towson, MD. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare individual, business and trust and estate tax returns.
- Collaborate with clients and team members on income tax preparation and planning.
- Work closely with clients to ensure performance of tax planning and special projects.
- Conduct final reviews of completed tax returns/forms, suggesting necessary edits prior to filing.
- Research and resolve tax and accounting issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication, exceptional service, and effective collaboration with other financial professionals.
- Represent and assist clients with IRS, state, and other governmental requests or audits as needed.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and state and federal regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Current CPA (Active Status) or EA Certification / Designation.
- Experience with tax and accounting software (Lacerte and QuickBooks preferred) and Office software (MS Word, MS Excel) and Adobe).
Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000 - $110,000 Base Annual Salary.
