Calloway & Associates, Inc. is looking for another shining star to add to our growing list of stars. We are currently seeking part-time Administrative Support Assistants to aid our client, the Department of Health and Senior Services. This position is located in Jefferson, MO and is part-time two (2) or three (3) days a week.
The Administrative Support Assistant will perform the following duties and responsibilities as follows:
- Entering information into a specialized data survellance database (Show MeWorld Care).
- Assist with problem solving by researching/looking into issues with reportable data. This may include but not limited to:
- problem-solve issues with reportable environmental conditions of child and/or adult blood lead laboratory reports.
- phone calls to health care providers for additional data.
- requesting medical records from health care providers.
- manual entry of data with results obtained.
- Assist with routing and dissemination of numerous daily laboratory reports by reviewing, categorizing, and savings to the approopriate folder for staff processing.
