WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
Based in vibrant New Orleans, this full-time, in-office administrative position offers competitive pay between $30,000 and $45,000/year, with options for hourly or salary compensation.

Your schedule will include Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for evening and weekend shifts as needed to ensure smooth operations. Flexibility during peak times will be essential.
YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC OFFICE MANAGER
You will step into the heart of the action each day, ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will take charge of managing daily workflows, holding the team accountable, and creating a positive, collaborative culture. Using tools like ServiceTitan, you will oversee dispatching, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure customers receive outstanding service. Whether you're coordinating with technicians, managing schedules, or diving into office systems, you'll play a critical role in our operations and success.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC OFFICE MANAGER
- At least 1 year of HVAC experience
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
Three years of HVAC and dispatching experience is preferred but not required.
