WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
This full-time, in-office position runs Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. No weekends, no late-night shifts-just a solid schedule with great earning potential!
As our Inside Sales Rep, your role will be to turn potential customers into loyal clients. Your day will be filled with outbound calls, reaching out to past and potential customers, following up on service invoices, and converting leads into booked appointments. You'll use your charisma and sales skills to establish trust, build relationships, and offer the right products and services. You'll maintain our customer database, keep communication open with dispatch and management, and most importantly-help our business grow while earning great commissions!
DO YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS?
- 1 year of outbound calling experience
Having these would be a plus:
- Experience with ServiceTitan
- Experience in the HVAC industry
