ABOUT THE ROLE
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with on-call availability and overtime opportunities
- Location: New Orleans, LA, serving both residential and commercial clients
- Environment: You'll be working onsite, leading your team through each project to ensure it meets our high standards
As a Lead HVAC Installation Technician, your day begins as you prepare to lead your team to success on various heating and cooling installation projects. From coordinating and guiding your team to troubleshooting and installing systems, you are the expert on-site ensuring each job is completed to perfection. You troubleshoot issues, install top-quality heating and cooling systems, and most importantly, set the standard for customer satisfaction and teamwork. As the leader, you foster a positive and productive work environment, making sure the team delivers the best results every time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to install heating and cooling systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Own hand tools (company provides specialty tools)
