WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN OFFICE ADMIN
Three years of HVAC and dispatching experience is preferred but not required. Your workweek will be Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM , with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed to meet business demands.
DAY-TO-DAY
Every day, you will be at the center of administrative operations, managing the office workflow and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll coordinate dispatching using ServiceTitan, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and create a positive, collaborative environment for our team. Whether it's maintaining schedules, providing critical support to our technicians, or keeping operations organized, you'll be the glue that holds it all together.
